Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AntiBait services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service:

Agreement to terms. Using our services, including scanning emails without an account, constitutes acceptance of these terms and our Privacy Policy
Age requirements. You must be at least 16 years old to use our services (18+ for business accounts)
Authority to agree. You confirm you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
Ongoing compliance. Continued use requires ongoing compliance with these terms

If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

AntiBait provides AI-powered phishing detection and email security analysis:

Permitted use. Use our services for legitimate email security analysis and phishing detection
Prohibited activities. No reverse engineering, automated scraping, or attempts to circumvent security measures
Rate limits. Respect API rate limits and fair usage policies for all account types
Content responsibility. You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of emails you analyze
Accuracy disclaimer. Our service provides analysis tools but does not guarantee 100% accuracy
Scans without an account. A limited number of scans per day are available without an account, under these terms. They are limited per IP address and network, may require a browser check (Cloudflare Turnstile), and may be changed, limited or suspended at any time. Automated requests, evading the limits or uploading files meant to attack the service lead to temporary blocks

Always use multiple security measures and your own judgment when evaluating email threats.

Terms related to your AntiBait account and subscription:

Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
Accurate information. Provide accurate, current information for account creation and billing
Subscription terms. Paid plans automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Refund policy. Refunds available within 30 days for annual plans, subject to fair usage
Account termination. We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms or fraudulent activity

How we handle your data and protect your privacy:

Data processing. We process email metadata for threat analysis as described in our Privacy Policy
Email content. Emails you scan are not stored. A verdict is cached for 7 days, and an email you attach to a feedback report is kept until it has been reviewed
AI analysis. The content of each email you scan is sent to our AI provider (Cloudflare Workers AI, or OpenAI) for analysis
Security measures. Industry-standard encryption and security practices protect your data
Third-party sharing. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing

Rights and ownership of content and technology:

Service ownership. AntiBait technology, algorithms, and platform are owned by FluenceSecurity
User content. You retain ownership of emails you submit, subject to our limited processing rights
License to use. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services
Trademark rights. AntiBait and related marks are trademarks of FluenceSecurity
Feedback rights. Feedback you provide may be used to improve our services without compensation

Important limitations on our liability for service use:

Service accuracy. We provide tools to assist with threat detection but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy
User responsibility. Final security decisions and actions based on our analysis are your responsibility
Damage limitations. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the last 12 months
Consequential damages. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Force majeure. Not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control

These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Terms related to service availability and modifications:

Service availability. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
Maintenance windows. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability
Service modifications. We may modify, update, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
Terms updates. These terms may be updated periodically with notice to users
Emergency changes. Immediate changes may be made for security or legal compliance

How accounts may be terminated and disputes resolved:

Termination rights. Either party may terminate the agreement with appropriate notice
Data export. You may export your data before account termination
Dispute resolution. Disputes are resolved by the common court that has jurisdiction under Polish law
Governing law. These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live
Severability. If any provision is invalid, the remaining terms continue in effect

Please understand these important limitations when using our phishing detection service.

Not 100% accurate. Detection can produce both false positives and missed threats
Use at your own risk. Always verify suspicious emails independently and use common sense
Emergency situations. For active threats, contact law enforcement or IT security directly
Liability limitations. We provide tools to assist, but final security decisions are yours
